Chief Customer Service Officer Rosetta Carrington Lue Named Most Influential in Customer Service

Image The City’s Chief Customer Service Officer, Rosetta Carrington Lue has been named a “Most Influential in Customer Service” by the social media analytic service Twitrland. Lue has over 11,000 followers on her Twitter handle @Rosettalue, tweeting daily about customer service and municipal government. Earlier this year, Lue was named to Huffington Post’s Top 100 Customer Service Pros on Twitter.

This has been a big year for the City’s customer service efforts. In October 2013, departmental customer service officers presented their customized plans as part of the Customer Service Officers Program.

In December 2013, the City’s non-emergency contact center launched The Philly311 Show, airing on Philadelphia’s Channel 64 and on Philly311’s YouTube channel. Hosted by Rosetta Carrington Lue, the show aims to engage, educate, and empower Philadelphia residents with information about city government. Check out the first episode here:
