Questions relating to court hours, probation, parole, and contacting judges
If you were to call Philly311 for any of the above reasons, an agent would direct your call to the Criminal Justice Center. The CJC can be reached directly at 215.683.7004.
Questions relating to the Homestead Exemption application
Philadelphia’s Homestead Exemption application deadline was 11/15. This city is still accepting applications; however, if your application is submitted after the deadline, the city cannot guarantee your inclusion in changes made for the 2014 tax year.
There is more information on the Philadelphia Homestead Exemption on the city’s homepage at http://phila.gov. There are applications in the Phill311 Walk-In Center as well as the drop box for completed applications.
