Customer Service Leadership Academy Update

Wouldn’t it be great for the City of Philadelphia to offer customer service training to its employees?

We thought so too.

The Customer Service Leadership Academy offered a course today titled Basic Time Management Skills for Non Managers. The course was taught by Robin J. Aluko, a supervisor at Philly311. Robin provided the class with tools for ignoring distractions, stepping away from procrastinations, and starting each day with goal. The class was held as a discussion, led by Robin and her presentation, but propelled into real-life application by the shared stories of the employees.

This is just one of the classes offered in the Customer Service Academy’s Catalog. Among others are: Basic Customer Service Telephone Skills, How to Effectively Handle Customer Complaints, and Face to Face Customer Service Interaction for Non Call Center Agencies.
