A quarterly meeting was held between PhillyStat, the City of Philadelphia’s performance management program, and members of the Philly311 team. The two departments met to review the performance metrics for Philly311’s operations, customer service, finance, technology, and human resources. The meeting also highlighted the exemplary work of Philly311’s Katie Everly, who was named as the Employee of the quarter.
The PhillyStat program is lead by the Managing Director and the Finance Director. The program’s meetings are held to review a department’s progress towards the Mayor’s strategic goals as well as to measure a department’s individual performance.
