How to Add More Than One Picture to Your Mobile App Request

Have you ever submitted a service request via the Philly311 Mobile App and wanted to include more than one picture? You’re not alone. Let us show you how:

When you originally submit a request via the mobile app, you can only include one picture. However, if you revisit the request after it has been submitted, you can add as many pictures as you’d like. You can do this through the comments section of the app.

First, to find a recently submitted request, go to “My Stuff” section in the bottom left corner.

In “My Stuff” you’ll see a section for “Comments.” There, you’ll be able to coma specific service req add as many pictures as you’d like.
