Today, we’d like to tell you about a new social media channel, @MOBI311 on Twitter. Mobi is the official mascot for the Philly311 Mobile App. Since November, Mobi has been tweeting advice, sharing news and answering questions about the Philly311 Mobile App. @MOBI311 is a great account to follow if you want to stay up on all of the mobile app’s new widgets and functionality. Also, you can tweet @MOBI311 if you have a specific question. He’ll be happy to answer.
If you’re not on Twitter, the app itself has a few resources to use if your experiencing any problems. First is the “FAQ” widget which answers a long list of specific user questions. Second is the “Tech Support” widget which lets you contact the mobile app team directly via email. Last, there is a “Feedback” widget so you can tell the team about your user experience.
