Introducing the “How-to Use the Philly311 Mobile App” Video

As part of a digital engagement strategy, Philly311 uploaded its “How-to Use the Philly311 Mobile App” video last week. Created by Philly311 intern Andy Carazo, this video walks viewers  through the step-by-step of entering a service request.  As part of the filming process, a Philly311 team found actual graffiti in the community and used the app to clean it up. (The video also shows the same locations after the graffiti was removed) This video is just the first installment of digital engagement efforts from Philly311. As the summer progresses, more “How-to’s” and other videos will be created to provide residents with a variety of resources on how to best utilize city services. Please enjoy, share and download the app if you haven’t already.

A special thanks to Morris Hobson, Bruce Martin and Marissa Miller for their work on the video.
