The Philly311 Neighborhood Liaison Program trains community heroes on how to enter service requests directly into the 311 work systems. Neighborhood liaisons often become the centralized voice for their community; liaisons are knowledgeable about municipal services and can check the status of requests through personalized accounts. The program empowers neighborhoods through education, technology, and access.
Neighborhood Liaison training sessions are held on the third Wednesday of every month in the Municipal Services Building at 1401 JFK Blvd. Philly311’s community engagement coordinator is also available to give presentations and training sessions to individual community organizations.
